House of low-code is growing! Our team is welcoming a new Senior Practice Lead ready to deep dive into low-code technologies and work with the Novulo platform - our technological partner in the field of low-code application design.
What will you work on:
In this role you will use existing components to compose a business application and develop new components on the ecosystem of Novulo. You will help sales in their sales cycles with scoping and client management Your responsibility will also be to ensure that your team delivers quality within budget.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Lead, consult and mentor our team of backend developers;
Lead IT practices to enable quality outcomes and faster delivery;
Develop and continuously improve the relevant IT Practice methodologies/frameworks;
Help sales with scoping;
Represent the IT practice in the relevant recruitment of practitioner roles;
Evaluate candidates on competency and specific practice criteria.

Job requirements
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
7+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with Python, C# and SQL;
Developed backend applications that disclose and accept data with REST APIs;
Successfully collaborated with cross functional teams, including front-end developers;
Fluent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;
E-commerce background or interest;
Practical change management experience;
Experience with client facing roles that require strong communication skills;
Strong analysis and problem solving skills, with focus on process improvement;
Proven ability to effectively coach, consult with and advise individuals and teams;
Demonstrable leadership skills that can influence decision making;
Agile/Scrum experience & low-code experience (not mandatory);
BA in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar - would be a plus!
