Novators - Mid-Senior Power Apps Developer

Novators is growing! Our team is welcoming new senior developers ready to deep dive into low-code technologies and work with the Power Apps platform - our technological partner in the field of low-code application design.

What will you work on:

As a Power Apps Developer you will map out business processes and requirements of our clients, as well as help translate them into smart digital solutions focused around Microsoft Cloud Architecture. With your functional designs on Microsoft Power Apps low-code software development platform, our customers will be able to quickly respond to changes in the market.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Build, optimize, secure and manage customers' Power Apps - both model-driven and canvas apps;

• Provide technical expertise to the team and clients at all levels by helping them define requirements, providing them with complex solutions and steering them in the right direction;

• Deliver content and ensure execution of Power Apps deployment in customer context.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in developing Microsoft Cloud Solutions;

• Experience with Low/no-code platforms, data models, HTML and CSS (not mandatory);

• Extensive experience in the Microsoft Cloud environment, particularly Power Platform;

• Fluent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken;

• Experience with mapping business processes (BPMN) and requirements/user stories;

• Creativity to translate complex customer issues into working software solutions;

• Knowledge and skills to advise and guide junior colleagues in their activities;

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
